✦ All return requests must be initiated by contacting

✦ Returns are subject to specific brand guidelines 
  as outlined below
✦ Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days 
  once the return is authorized and received

⚡ VIELIGHT PRODUCTS — 6-MONTH GUARANTEE
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

In partnership with Vielight Inc., we offer a 6-month 
satisfaction guarantee on all Vielight devices 
(excluding separate nasal applicators).

Not satisfied within 6 months? You are eligible for 
an 80% refund of the purchase price.
(20% manufacturer restocking fee applies)

HOW TO RETURN YOUR VIELIGHT DEVICE:

STEP 1 — Request an RMA
✦ Email support@blackmarlinzone.com
✦ You will receive an official Return Merchandise 
  Authorization (RMA) form from Vielight
✦ Returns without an RMA will NOT be accepted

STEP 2 — Ship Your Device
✦ Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
✦ Ship to the designated Vielight return center 
  (USA or Canada)
✦ Use tracked shipping — we are not responsible 
  for lost returns

STEP 3 — Refund Processing
✦ Once Vielight Inc. receives and verifies the device, 
  Black Marlin Zone will process your 80% refund
✦ Due to manufacturer inspection requirements, 
  refund distribution may take 14–30 business days 
  from the date the manufacturer receives the device

VIELIGHT WARRANTY:
✦ 2-year manufacturer warranty on all devices
✦ Does not cover: physical damage, water damage, 
  unauthorized modifications
✦ Warranty claims: support@blackmarlinzone.com
